Are you attending Masses with your spouse, friend or significant other and feel a sense of peace or a feeling like you have come home? Have you been feeling a nudge to look into what you have to do to become Catholic? The RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is the process of faith formation for you to become a member of the Catholic Church.
RCIA is for person who has never been baptized; a person who has been baptized in another Christian tradition and now is interested in becoming a Roman Catholic; and a baptized Catholic who has not received the Eucharist and Confirmation are invited to attend the RCIA program to prepare for Baptism and full reception in the Community (traditionally during the Easter Vigil). Inquiry meetings usually occur in the fall, but can be held at any time.
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) names the process by which interested persons gradually become members of the Catholic Church. The RCIA is primarily a journey of faith. Intersted- contact the parish office for more information 978.537.6541.
